On top of that, now picture a holiday cottage in the lakes. For me, that is the true peak of a holiday vacation. Cottages in the lake district of northern England have always had this soothing feeling about them. It could be the old stone and brick with little fires warming the house. Or that each has its own unique personality that bring these holiday vacations to life. Regardless of the reason, going to a holiday cottage in the lakes is a wonderful way to enjoy life.
