Why be bound by a fixed schedule?

As a consequence, we were finding it difficult to watch many of our favorite TV shows using our cable connection — we would invariably miss the broadcast. We tried to set up recordings, but found that we were spending too much time trying to do that. Then my husband decided to switch over to a webcast provider — now whenever we want to watch a program we simply hit a button and it loads for us. We don’t have to schedule a recording and we don’t have to try to order our life around a cable company broadcast schedule.
