The services we needed to keep our phone room up.

After graduating from college I started to work for an answering service. We have about eighty percent of the market here in the area where our business is located. I am essentially the phone room manager where we man eight phone stations full time and up to sixteen during peak hours. We relay a lot of important messages between doctors,hospitals and their patients. Early last week our phones,which are Linked to computers, started to have lots of problems. We had our IT guy come in and he said we needed to get some exchange database recovery type of work done very qucikly.
