Why read?

I had heard of them of course but I figured they were just school books for the blind to use. I love reading for entertainment but started having problems being able to do much of it when I started having problems reading. I finally broke down and started checking into audiobooks. There are actually quite a variety of books to pick from. I even found most of my favorite authors had published audiobooks. Now I say why read when you can just sit back and listen. No more eye strain for me.
