Waking up before dawn now

Through the winter I have been using a philips wake up light to get me up and to work first thing in the morning, This got my brain used to waking up when the light increased enough from the light alarm. Now that the dawn arrives before the time the alarm is set, I end up waking before it and switching the alarm off before it goes off. For me, that is remarkable as I have always had a great deal of difficulty in getting up in the morning. Might just have changed my life
