Technical analysis: the basis of all rational investment
January 29, 2008 on 5:14 am | By admin | In MiscellaneousI am an advocate of what is called rational investing. You would be surprised at the number of people — the great numbers of people — who consider only feelings and hunches, basically trying to take a guess when it comes time to make investment decisions. This is not rational investing — it’s something closer to magic! Rational investing, on the other hand, is based on the sure foundation of technical analysis — the mathematical computation of key statistics and other important data about an investment product. This type of investment analysis is critical because it provides an objective frame of reference — something that can be tested and evaluated by anyone.
