Printable Doctors Note

I did but these sorta cheap doctors notes that come in a variety pack you can say. I should have thought of this sooner but better late then never. I been really sick before so maybe they will believe me cause I will have to do a good acting job. I won’t make this a regular thing but I had to this time, I really don’t want to put on a daily performance with fake illnesses and injuries.
