Appreciate Your Self- Build Self Confidence

Say something nice about yourself. Stop all the negative put-downs! Don’t trash talk yourself. Say something nice. If you can’t find anything nice to say about yourself, then keep thinking until you can think of something.

You have to recognize your skills and talents so that you can build self confidence. You have to put down all the negative things that you find in yourself and then try to develop them also. Remember that in order to be confident in everything you do, you have to trust your self that you really can do something that is significant not only for your self but for others.
