The recent real estate bubble that created problems all over the country didn’t affect upstate New York as much. In fact, the real estate market has remained quite stable throughout the turbulent last couple of years that have rocked areas like Nevada, California, and Florida. And one thing about the rochester ny homes for sale is they will not have overinflated prices like those houses found elsewhere. The valuations have remained pretty stable as well which is good during the current downward trend the rest of the country is seeing.
