The Health Benefits of Berries

I consider myself to be pretty healthy. I try to eat well and I exercise regularly. I also try to eat mostly natural foods as much as possible. So, now that I am looking for a weight loss supplement, I would like to find some thing natural. I have been hearing a lot about the health benefits of berries lately. That sounds like something that would be right up my alley. In particular, I have heard great things about acai berries. They are natural antioxidants, are a source of fiber and amino acids and omega fatty acids. That all sounds like the perfect weight loss supplement for me!
