Everyone knows that exercise is good for you. It increases your heart rate, which extends the life of this essential organ, helps manage weight, enhances your mood, and promotes sleep. However, if you do not follow certain rules, it can also be dangerous. First, it is essential that you maintain proper hydration. You lose a lot of fluid through sweat when you are working out, and it needs to be replaced or you may find yourself suffering from dehydration. Second, you should never engage in strenuous exercise without warming up first. Otherwise, you are at risk of pulling a muscle or otherwise harming yourself. So be sure to keep these two things in mind anytime you exercise.
