Rice n Shine – Construction worker’s dream

Hey I’m Steve, and I work in the construction field. If you’ve ever seen any of us during lunch time, alot of guys have the classic lunch pail with boring sandwitches and chips, and a lot of guys go out to eat. For years I’ve had the same sandwitches and chips during lunch, and one of the guys on my crew took out a thermas and simply had a shake. Of course we all laughed at him, but by the end of the day, he was still full of energy and ready to work while the rest of us were dead tired. I had to find out what was in that shake, and he simply smiled at me and told me it was a Rice n Shine meal substitute. This I’ve got to try!
