Revolutionary Cardio Training Method

If you have been trying to lose fat for long enough, one of the basic things you are doing right now is cardio. It is slow, it is boring and you might not feel like doing it at all. Not to mention how hungry it can make you. There is a twist to the whole cardio approach in Jeff Anderson’s military fat loss program called Combat the Fat. Basically, it talks about using slow boring cardio, and mixing it up with intense interval training methods, use of bodyweight workouts etc… This is a revolutionary style of cardio training but NO! It’s NOT HIIT! This style is different.
