Rachel Ray is a young and glamorous chef known for her fast to cook and healthy recipes. The Rachel Ray diet is most followed by the women because of many reasons. One is that it does jot starve you. Another reason is that its every easy to cook. All the ingredients can be bought from the grocery store or department store next door. Further, it is not too hanky panky to handle. She focuses on day to day cooking rather than those tough long recipes. Her favorites in all the recipes are raw fruits & vegetables, extra virgin olive oil (that Rachel loves to call EVOO) and garlic.
