Jealous of My Friend’s Fast Metabolism

I have always had a hard time keeping my weight down, and I still have to spend a lot of time exercising and make sure to watch what I eat in order to keep at the weight that I prefer. However, I have a friend with a really Fast Metabolism that never has to exercise and can eat whatever she wants to without gaining weight. I am usually pretty jealous of her. However, I have realized that the exercise that I do gets my heart in great shape and keeps the rest of me toned as well, so it is not a bad thing.
