How to learn more about healthy eating

So you’re ready to learn more about healthy eating, but where do you start?

There are plenty of good healthy eating articles to be found online.  Start by doing a google search on what you would like to learn more about. You’ll find information by goverment sites, universities and the like that have lots of good info. 

You may also want to consider speaking to your doctor about healthy eating habits and even schedule an appointment with a nutritionist.

Don’t forget to check out your local library either. Thousands of books have been written on the topic of healthy eating and your library is bound to have quite a few of them on their shelves.  Don’t forget to apply what you’re learning and you’ll be well on your way to a healthier you.
