A New Set Of Golf Clubs

August 25, 2008 on 7:21 pm | By admin | In Sports

I am delighted. I have been playing golf for many years now but I only was able to afford an old set of golf clubs that a friend sold me when I first started playing golf.

I struggled on with those clubs and while I always wondered if they were hampering my game I convinced myself that it was just me and that I needed to play better and not blame the clubs.

Well, I have finally bit the bullet and treated myself to a new set of golf clubs and boy, have I noticed the difference. My drives have improved in distance. The accuracy of my drives has improved too. Now the ball goes more or less where I want it too. If you want to improve your  handicap by buying a new set of golf clubs.

Hiking In Safety

August 11, 2008 on 7:16 am | By admin | In Sports

As you pull on that new pair of discount hiking boots and check your backpack ready for your next day’s hiking there are five things which you should be sure to check for your safety. The first is that you are carrying plenty of water because none of us can survive for very long without this precious commodity. Also, if you are hiking where natural water will be available pop some water purification tablets into your backpack. Second, take along some high energy food which is light and easy to pack such as energy bars. Third, pack some sleeping gear in case you unexpectedly find yourself having to spend the night on the trail. Temperatures can drop markedly at night and, if it rains or snows, you could be in trouble very quickly unless you have something to protect you from the elements and to keep you warm. Forth, pack a flashlight again in case you get caught out at night. Fifth, always make sure you pack a good basic first aid kit. It’s the easiest thing in the world to slip and injure yourself and you will be pretty miserable if you haven’t got some antiseptic, bandages and painkillers with you. Finally, of course, you should always tell someone where you are going and when you expect to return so that they can call for help if you do not return home when expected.

What’s With This Club?

August 1, 2008 on 10:12 am | By admin | In Sports

Are you a golfer? If you aren’t, have you ever passed through or walked past the golf section in the store? You might have noticed the golf clubs with the extremely large heads on them. The first time that I saw those clubs, I couldn’t believe it. I had seen a Callaway fairway wood. I started to think I needed a club like that so I’d have a better chance of hitting the golf ball. But, what is the real reason for such a large club head? This golf club was extremely expensive. So, I knew whoever was buying it would know what he was doing and wasn’t concerned with missing the golf ball.

Nash Fishing Tackle and Fishing Tackle. The True Story

Nash Fishing Tackle and Fishing Tackle. The True Story

When searching for fishing tackle and nash fishing tackle information online, I happened to find some tips - 3 of them, in fact.

I hope that you find them useful…as it’s taken our researchers some time to find them all!

Nevertheless, it’s worth the effort - especially where Fishing Tackle is concerned, as there is a lot of great stuff out there on the Internet.

Tip #1

Add the ProAir Livewell System to your boat, and you have pure fishing performance, too. This optional feature filters the coolness from the ice in the ice chest, in order to keep the livewells chilled. That way, they experience less stress and stay healthier, and tastier, longer.

Tip #2

People who don’t like the perils and perceived sense of danger that comes with deep sea marlin fishing might well enjoy the ease and delight of striped bass fishing. Certainly the rush of landing a giant blue fin tuna or even a man-eating Mako is something extraordinary, but an ice-chest full of big sole stripers is pretty nice as well. It’s simply a matter of personal preference.

Tip #3

Peerless fly reels are some of the most timeless, tested and reliable fly reels on the market.  Peerless fly reels continue the traditional look and feel of the classic reels from the golden era of fly fishing that have provided anglers with endless hauls of fish for decades.

I hope that you’ve found these 3 tips useful as it’s not always easy to find good, quality, information on nash fishing tackle.

We searched high and low, but I’m sure you’ll agree that the effort to find out more about Fishing Tackle is always worth it!

Funny Sports Bloopers

July 15, 2008 on 1:10 pm | By admin | In Sports

Most teen agers love to play basketball, I know my grandson sure does.  He has boundless energy and loves to stay busy, while I’m content to watch TV.  He’ll jump up regardless of the heat, time of day or whatever, it never stops him, he’s always ready to move.  Fortunately for him, he has the energy to do this, but he also gets a kick out of sitting on the couch and watching some funny sports bloopers. Although, he is a great player, everyone loves to see someone mess up occasionally.

Camden Physiotherapist Saved My Back

July 3, 2008 on 9:14 pm | By admin | In Sports

Suffering a slight lower back complaint is not something I would wish upon anyone, but it seems I am bound to suffer for a short period of time to come.  Recently I chanced upon a camden physiotherapist, who took the interval to look at me, and saw immediately it was from an operation I had some period ago, but was given no physio directly afterwards. It seems loony now (yes I know I’m thick), but its something that my doctor should have dealt with at the interval. But I assume he was busy with other problems and such like.Well, now I know I believe.

Myrtle Beach Golf

June 28, 2008 on 1:14 pm | By admin | In Sports

There are so many websites out there with golf information; it’s hard to know where to find this most definitive information out there.  I could search for days through these different websites, and still not find all the information out there.  The Myrtle Beach Golf information is great.  There are websites with information, pictures, ratings, slopes, scorecards and just about anything else you can imagine out there.  I have a preference for several sites out there that talk about all the options.  You should checkout yourgolfpackage.com as I’ve found it to be one of the most definitive sites out there.
