Doing this visually makes it a very user friendly and accessible tool for all employees that are current or those that will be there in the future. This tool is the visual representation of process mapping or in simpler terms, a flow chart. Flow charts illustrate the flow of work through the business from the beginning to the very end. Chronicling this cycle streamlines the current work and improves the efficiency of future work.
