Not always a pleasure

We’ve all had that one boss in our lifetime (perhaps even more than one) who we absolutely could NOT stand because of how they treated other people as well as you. If you take a look at some of the most successful companies such as Google and Apple, they are successful in part because of their employees. Happier employees do a better job, perform better, are excited about work and are willing to go to bat for employers. Many employers need to be more aware of how they are treating or mistreating their employees. After all, their business would fail to exist if they didn’t have the help. No one can survive by themselves; it sometimes takes the help of others. This is something employers need to remember and remind themselves of on a daily basis.
