My dream to become a paralegal

As a young kid I would watch shows like Perry Mason or Matlock and was intrigued by how the whole justice system worked. I knew I didn’t want to be a lawyer, I’m not much cross examining witnesses, but I wanted to get my hands deep into cases and learn all I could about how our justice system worked, in real time. Going to paralegal school really opened my eyes to what I wanted to do and although I often changed my vocation goals as a kid the one thing that seemed to always stay the same was essentially what a paralegal does. Today I am a paralegal and I love what I do.
