I Was In Charge of Our New Office Design
June 29, 2009 on 8:57 am | By admin | In Business | 29 CommentsI Learned About Interior Fit Outs and the good news was that our business was booming. The bad news was that our business was booming. OK, it’s not exactly bad news, but it did not take us long to discover that when businesses grow, a whole new set of problems crop up. For us, the biggest problem was that we needed to add new staff, but we had absolutely no place to put them. We were already working too closely together, and if we brought in one more person, they were going to have to sit on the floor. So, an office refurbishment london style was in order. Our current Office Design was not only too small, it simply was not very attractive. We looked at this as an opportunity to get an office that shows off us in the best light possible. Overall, we were excited about the project, but I did not quite appreciate all of the concerns I needed to keep in mind when I agreed to oversee the interior office fit out until I really got into the design.
Going into the project, I was mostly worrying about styles and how I was going to make the room look aesthetically. However, once I really got going, I discovered that the two most important things to keep in mind were the colors and the lighting sources I used. These two things would have the most impact on the productivity of us all working in the office. I got professional advice and designed an office that makes we all like to come in to every day and that provides plenty of room for our new staff.
