It is really difficult to break and regain the trust. It takes a long process and considerable amount of time to do so. In the same manner, it is difficult and long process to gain full trust in a relationship. For the people who are into a serious relationship, it should be a constant process of building and re-building trust. A relationship that is not built on strong foundation of trust is like a castle that is built on sand. It becomes very vulnerable to breakage. As much as you can, do not really involve yourself with emotional affairs. Always be on guard as well of your partner’s activities.
