They have the best facilities, and the place is custom-built and all like new.But my very favorite thing has to be the main fitness area. Its simply brilliant, and dance and spinning rooms run off of it. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and the teaching staff are the best in my humble and vast opinion.You really must check it out today, they have a cool web-site too, which I found by typing in "North London gym" into Yahoo.You have to check it out.
