Don’t Need, Want

April 28, 2008 on 7:17 am | By admin | In Technology

I do not need a new phone but I actually want to get one because I can get a free PS3 mobile phone if I switch my current phone. Seriously, I have had my current phone for less than 5 months but if the deal really is to get a free PS3 than I will do it. I will even suggest to my husband to do it as well and then we can have a system for the kids and one for ourselves. We are constantly fighting over who can play and when so having 2 systems with the purchase of 2 new phones would eliminate any problems.

Just Learnt About This New Water Car Pro Product

April 27, 2008 on 8:12 pm | By admin | In Autos

I was visiting my favourite website, water no gas (waternogas.com), the other day and got wind of the fact that there is this new guide coming out called Water Car Pro. Judging from the sound of things it looks like it is definitely going to be interesting. First off, it is written by a professional engineer. Second, the emphasis is going to be on simplicity, with lots of pictures/diagrams. I am not sure what the product is going to be priced at. However, as soon as I get the chance to get in contact with the product owner Oliver South, I am going to review it on my blog.

Wholesale rugs are a very good way to embellish one’s home or office alike. They come in the most widespread gamut of designs, motifs, colors and sizes. It is not just only the variety, but the affordability of wholesale rugs is also something that is a driving factor for the potential buyers of wholesale rugs. They also come in different materials and ensure that the buyers get value for their money spent on it. Choosing Your Wedding Ring

April 27, 2008 on 10:19 am | By admin | In Home

How do you decide on a wedding ring? There are so many different types and styles available and don’t even think about the prices because they vary so much.

The cost of a wedding ring can go from a few dollars up to thousands of dollars and it would be great to have one of those but lets be realistic about this.

A wedding ring represents the joining of two people together and it should not matter whether they are joined with a platinum ring or a piece of string. The idea with a gold wedding ring is that it lasts forever and that is a nice symbol for your marriage.

Travel insurance – My professor’s mother

April 27, 2008 on 7:10 am | By admin | In Travel

We recently went back to visit my alma mater and spoke to one of my former college professors. She was in the process of booking a trip overseas to speak at a worldwide children’s literature convention. While she was cringing at the price of certain travel insurance policies she was looking at, she knew she had to settle on one because her mother is ninety-two years old and, while she is in good health currently, something could certainly happen between now and next September to chance that. With a ticket that costs over a thousand dollars, I do not think she can afford to NOT purchase insurance!

Zoloft and acne – Does Zoloft cause acne?

April 27, 2008 on 4:12 am | By admin | In Health

One cloudy morning, I rolled out of bed and shuffled over to the mirror, stretching as I went. As my face came into focus, I was digusted to discover that my skin had broken out during the night. I hadn’t even had acne as a teenager, so why did my skin look so horrible now? I had only drunk one cup of coffee during the last few days…not bad compared to my usual three or four a day. My doctor had told me to cut back when I started taking my Zoloft prescription. Zoloft! I had started taking it three days ago. Could it be causing my acne? I rushed to the computer, knowing that a person can find almost anything on the Internet. I searched for Zoloft and acne, and while I didn’t find any concrete answers, I read some questions others had posted – they were having the same problem I was. Their skin broke out either starting or stopping the drug. That made me feel a little better, but still, I hoped someone would come up with a definitive answer soon!

Not always a pleasure

April 26, 2008 on 6:11 pm | By admin | In Business

Running a business is hard work, harder than most people think.  In fact, there are definite times when it not such a pleasure doing business.  We’ve all had that one boss in our lifetime (perhaps even more than one) who we absolutely could NOT stand because of how they treated other people as well as you.  If you take a look at some of the most successful companies such as Google and Apple, they are successful in part because of their employees.  Happier employees do a better job, perform better, are excited about work and are willing to go to bat for employers.  Many employers need to be more aware of how they are treating or mistreating their employees.  After all, their business would fail to exist if they didn’t have the help.  No one can survive by themselves; it sometimes takes the help of others.  This is something employers need to remember and remind themselves of on a daily basis.

Robert Browning Revisited

April 26, 2008 on 3:12 pm | By admin | In Miscellaneous

How do I love them? Let me count the ways. They treat me well; they never complain; they’re usually right; they make almost no noise; and they’re very well-behaved in the presence of company. I’m talking, of course, about the Japanese Candlesticks method of financial price presentation, which I use all the time, and have done so for many years. I would not consider using any other method in my analysis and trading. The candles were invented centuries ago in Japan, for use in trading rice. The inventor became very wealthy through their use, because they have the ability to project the psychology of the market, in any time frame, better than anything that has been invented. It is a mystery to me why more traders and investors here in the USA do not use them in their oiwn work, because they are demonstrably superior in predicting changes in price trend, which is where the best money is made. I myself would never go back to the old "bar chart" method, because in my experience the candles have given me a distinct advantage.

Thinking Slimmer

April 26, 2008 on 10:10 am | By admin | In Health

This might be a surprise to some, but not that surprising to others. It goes back to the Ancient Knowledge that your thoughts create your reality as you experience it every day.

Do you have a picture in your mind of how you want to look? Are you thinking that you will never be able to nutrisystem discounts wear those jeans you wore in high school again? Well, you might not be able to if you have had children; that can mess up your body chemistry big time.

Having lived through a near-fatal automobile crash and giving birth to two kids, I know what I am talking about here.
